Business course - International Operations Management
International operations management (45 h)
The Operations area has become increasingly important in today’s global market. This course is designed to provide students with a solid understanding of the key concepts and effective methods used in this field, which can be applied in both industrial and service industries. By the end of the course, students should be able to identify and solve problems related to production management and make informed decisions about managing a company’s production system.
METHODOLOGY
The lectures will include discussions with students about supplementary material that will be uploaded on the course website at least one day before the class.
